Frequently asked questions

Do I need council approval?

Yes, almost always. NSW requires a barrier inspection certificate via council or a private certifier. We handle the paperwork.

How long does installation take?

A 25 m typical backyard install runs 2 to 4 days on-site. Templating and manufacture take 2 to 3 weeks prior.

What if my slab is uneven?

Spigots have ±15 mm adjustment per panel. Beyond that we pack or relevel the fixing points.

Can you do glass over a retaining wall edge?

Yes, common configuration. Glass thickness and fixing detail change to handle the load. We engineer per site.
