How fast can you get to me?
For genuine emergencies in Penrith and surrounding suburbs we aim for under 90 minutes day or night. After midnight we are typically faster, less traffic. We dispatch from our Jamisontown workshop.
Do you replace the glass on the first visit?
For after-hours calls we usually board and make-safe first, then return next business day with the correct glass cut to size. That gets the opening secure inside two hours rather than waiting six.
What does a make-safe cost?
A standard residential make-safe with brackets and ply boarding is $190 to $350 depending on size and access. We invoice after the visit; no call-out charged separately.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes. Our 24/7 emergency line answers Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The same crew works after-hours, no subcontracted dispatch.
