What glass do you use for shopfronts?

Toughened (Grade A safety) glass to AS/NZS 2208 is the standard. Laminated where security or sound matters.

Can you install outside trading hours?

Yes. Evening and early morning installs are standard for retail and hospitality.

Do you provide insurance documentation?

Frequently asked questions

How soon can you board up a smashed shopfront?

Inside the hour for most overnight breaks. We carry ply boards and bracketing on the truck. The shop opens as normal in the morning behind a plywood facade until the new glass lands.

Will the install close my shop for the day?

No. Most replacements take 90 minutes to 4 hours and we schedule them outside trading hours where possible. We bring our own barriers and HEPA vacuum so the floor is spotless before we leave.

Do you replace the framing too?

When required, yes. For straight glass swaps we keep the existing frame. For damaged aluminium subframes we replace section-by-section in matching black, silver or bronze powder-coat.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We document the damage with date-stamped photos, quote on the insurer template, and bill the insurer directly where the policy allows.
