Aluminium louvres Kingswood 2747 clients specify often go on medical fitouts and student-housing balconies around Nepean Hospital and the Western Sydney Uni campus. Powder-coated blades, secure fixings and clean sightlines are what these jobs need.
How we fabricate Aluminium Louvres Kingswood
Aluminium louvres Kingswood projects cover medical fitouts and student housing balconies. Blades are powder coated in the Dulux or Interpon range to match the building. Every aluminium louvres install is engineered for the wind exposure and includes stainless fixings on any facade or balcony application.
Sizes and colours to spec
Blade lengths cut up to about 6 metres in a single piece; longer panels are engineered as multiple bays with a matching mullion. Standard colours we stock cover most of the common architectural greys, whites and blacks; anything else is ordered in on a project basis.
Louvre systems we manufacture
We fabricate fixed, adjustable and operable aluminium louvre systems for facades, plant screens, pool-fence infills and privacy panels. Blade profiles range from 50 mm elliptical up to 300 mm flat, and frames are cut, punched and welded in the workshop for the exact opening.
- Fixed, adjustable and manually or motorised operable blade systems for every application
- Blade profiles from 50 mm elliptical through 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm flat cut to length
- Powder coat and anodised finishes in any Dulux or Interpon colour, with marine-grade coating on request
- Engineered bracket spacing and stainless fixings sized to the site wind load and exposure
- Facade sunshades, plant screens, pool-fence infills and residential deck privacy panels

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a specific Dulux or Interpon colour?
Yes. Standard stocked colours are on the truck; anything else is ordered in on a project basis and adds about a week to the lead time. Marine-grade coatings are available for exposed or coastal sites, and we can match to an existing swatch, batch code or physical sample on request.
Do you engineer the fixings?
Yes. Bracket spacing and fixings are engineered to the panel size and the site wind load. Where the panel spans more than a few metres we supply the engineering sign-off with the shop drawings, and every fixing set is sized for the actual substrate on site rather than an assumed brick or steel.
