Multi-storey composite aluminium cladding system and full-height commercial glazing across the Fred's One-Stop Shopping retail centre.
Project scope
Façade refurbishment for the Fred's One-Stop Shopping retail centre. White powder-coated composite aluminium cladding panels installed across the upper façade and feature elements, paired with aluminium-framed commercial glazing — full-height fixed panels and openable units to AS 1288. Work sequenced around trading hours to keep the centre open throughout. Toughened safety glass to AS/NZS 2208 throughout, weather-sealed against the existing slab and roof line.

- 100 x 50 front-glaze framing system with tinted glass, automatic frameless and framed glazed doors
- Semi-frameless glazed office partitions
- Aluminium composite cladding to facade and window hoods
