Call the glazier before anyone else
Call us first, then your insurer. We will dispatch a glazier to make the site safe while you start the claim. That order matters: insurers want the property secured before they assess. If you wait for an assessor at 3am, you wait until morning. Meanwhile, anyone walking past has free entry.
What we ask on the call
Three things, fast: address, what is broken, and how big. A rough size in metres is fine. If you can text a photo, send it to the same number. We use it to pick the right boards, the right glass and the right vehicle. Less guesswork, faster response.
Make-safe first, replace second
For overnight calls we do not always replace the glass on the spot. We board the opening, sweep the inside, photograph everything for the claim, and book the replacement for the next working day. That gets you secured in 60 to 90 minutes instead of waiting six hours for a glass cut to size.
